Looks like someone was messing around with the radar settings 🤷🏻‍♂️ could be a trainee getting familiar with the equipment, could be a malfunction. Need to remember that the people operating these equipment are usually civil meteorologists. They could easily just be playing around with the radar 🤷🏻‍♂️
