Just try it, I think you have to start and perfect what you want to achieve. In the end, nothing will be perfect, but the more you do it the better you will get.
(BY NO MEANS IM SAYING WHAT I DO IS PERFECT, I still have a long way to go to get to where I want to go. I’m still learning and tweaking everything every day)
Becoming a dev is a legit option for you but there will also be jobs in operations, business development, HR, marketing , customer service, evangelism etc. in the future
that’s my dream right now :)

Watching devs work closely doesn’t mean you need to become one too.
Most devs are bitcoiners best thing you can do to support both nostr and bitcoin is buy bitcoin and hold your own keys and ⚡️away at good content
