He is muted. He seems to break through, regardless.
I muted him on #Amethyst and he has 11 spam reports and he still shows up, occasionally.

Well, same. But "usually" isn't enough for a spammy stalker posting literally every minute 24/7.
🤔 mute is supposed to hide everything from the muted npub.
He keeps appearing in my feeds. Very disconcerting.
His notes then disappear again, after a while.
The person above you is bothered that you're still following that particular account, that's the point. It gives credibility to an account when other high profile users still follow it.
