It sounds like you’re saying I have to mute every individual reply that branches off of the original post.
If so, what is even the point of muting a thread?? I must be missing something

All the direct child notes are muted, but if people start commenting on those notes and their children, the notifications will start showing up. I think it’s just a bug.
