Don't get me wrong, I got used to the 1s/b fees too but this shows the demand for space to be real. It will also push LN usage a bit up too.

I didn't say it is bad. Just stating. It is reality what it is. Demand for space in the block is real.

Absolutely! No matter if somebody is pushing some shitcoin idea, they still are happy to pay for the space.

Days of 1sat/vByte might truly be over.

This is a good thing, we have a halving in a year eventually we need these fees to overtake the subsidy.
