Look, the Brazilian Congress did not want to change the Internet's civil framework so that the responsibility for posts lies with providers/big techs. The Supreme Court went there and legislated on its own. Detail, none of the judges are elected by popular vote. They were placed there, MANY of them by the current president, or his gang, Dilma/Michel Temer. So yes, Brazil is not for amateurs.
