You need OBS or similar for sending your stream to the server. I don’t know if it’s possible on mobile.
I’d log in there and play around with stream settings. Let us know if you have any other questions. Basically get stream settings from zap.stream and plug into OBS and hit stream and your live

zap.stream is a web app, so it should work on any platform for watching streams.
When it comes to streaming to zap.stream yourself from a mobile device, I've used streamlabs on Android. Looks like there is an iOS version designed for iPad:
