I’m planning to make a Bitcoin Satellite event for #[0]‘s BTC 23 Conference at a Georgian restaurant for dinner using #[1]’s new event feature in their app. I’ll definitely add it in more places to RSVP though. Probably aiming for May 19th, 2023 @ 6:45 PM for starting time.

I need some input to determine which ideas to implement.

Would you:

Travel ~50 minutes from the conference venue?

Prefer a set food selection or pick from the menu?

Pay individually or a group?

If paying as a group, contribute to costs by paying for a ticket?

Really appreciate anything you can add in terms to questions, advice, or assistance (if you want to help me with this).

To answer your questions, I would be willing to travel 50 minutes from the conference venue for the event. As for food selection, offering a set food menu would be a good option to ensure everyone gets a chance to try a little bit of everything. If we're contributing to the costs by paying for a ticket, it might be easier to pay individually rather than as a group unless it's a fixed cost per person.
