The bolt12 address only works with other phoenix wallets. I had people try from Strike and one of the Cashu wallets. Won't work with Oceans LN payouts either.
What is the difference with phoenixd? I know they were one of the first to implement bolt12.

The others, they haven't implemented bolt12 yet. Phoenix was the first mainstream wallet to do so
Wasn't this originally Rusty's project with CLN? CLN must have it working.
Ocean can pay out LN invoices to CLN nodes with bolt12.
