I follow people. Many of them post way too much (like every 5 minutes all day long) and so my feed is either all the same 3 people or nothing but reposting nonsense, or some don't care if I follow them or interact with them. I don't think it makes sense to follow people back if all they do is repost and never create anything of their own. I try not follow too many at a time so as to not throw off my ratio. But also, I'm picky about who I follow because who wants stuff in their feed they don't care about? It's not like I try.

I get streams of nothing wss relay reply guy posts if I look up hashtags or things I'm into.

I use Amethyst to mute/block users and delete my own stuff. I use Primal mainly, on both desktop and Android for posting and actually interacting though. I get tons of notifications over on Amethyst. Guess what they are? Reply guys on relays. Hilarious, since that's where I muted those relay strings.

I'll probably just log out now rather than sit here and be told I'm doing nostr wrong or whatever 😅 I got work to do anyway.
