For someone who believes in Jack Maller's vision and integrity, and is willing to accept the uncertainty in the approval process, does it make sense to buy into the CEP entity now as speculation?

You have to be VERY careful when things actually ipo and hit the market price because the animal spirits can put crazy premiums over NAV initially. I kind of suspect that’s what going to happen, but who knows how it’ll actually shake out. The insiders get their shares at or below NAV so they get a different entry than non-insiders. Just some stuff to think about as it all gets started. The volatility will be wild.
