Watched this last night, what a nightmare Lebanon is now.
If you had USD in a bank account before 2019, the banks won't let you withdraw any of it, that's because it's not really there, it's all been siphoned off into the pockets of politicians and gangsters (but I repeat myself).
The country is going to shit, it's whole economy was basically a Ponzi scheme run by corrupt politicians and bankers, when it all collapsed they took the money and ran to the hills. Now people are starving.
This could happen anywhere.
