ok. so, i was wrong. what is the difference of those lightning address or just because of the broker?

They’ve implemented NIP-57. It has to be supported by both the Nostr client and the receiving lightning wallet. The process involves sending a request from the client, and then the wallet sending back a receipt that the request was paid. Then it can be shown in the Nostr client as a notification, tally on a post, etc.
