How do you make your peanut sauce?.. I use peanut butter (homemade or bought) fresh lime juice and hoi sauce.. I love mint in the rolls too

this photo is from the restaurant i like to go to, but i tried multiple times replicating the sauce at home.. exactly the ingrediënts you stated, but i also add a bit of chili and/or siracha to it.. love to add cilantro too and some crushed peanuts ofc
