Then of course I suppose DMs are fine for that use case even though it wouldn't hurt to have them a little more private eventually.

I read something about it that I didn't understand. Something about a self signing note that would allow to change its content afterwards. Didn't make much sense to me but I figured you might have got it.
You can for sure edit long-form notes (such as on Habla), but to my knowledge, not normal notes.
