Black rock is not exactly owned by a secret like some people think.

Blackrock simply manages the 401k and index funds of every investor in the US stock market.

Blackrock is owned by average Americans and they don’t even realize it.

Yes, but the 401k’s don’t control it, the pension investors don’t get to exercise their corporate voting rights.

Blackrock Inc are squatting on societies 401k voting rights.

This is where the capital market system exhibits some dysfunctional expression of interests.

For sure, it’s plenty corrupt. Without these passive investors it wouldn’t be so easy for special (foreign) interests to wield so much power over every facet of American life.
