For me the cons:

In my experience compare to stock android the battery life is bad but I think that's because of android 15. As I was using android 14 with Google s stock os. (even in idle of night 8 hours drops around 8-9%). According to battery manager "system (idle)" is responsible of the 87% drop

Some banking apps might not work but compare to stock os. And also new integrity check is also causing some problems to run apps like authy on any custom roms.

And pros are mentioned in above. To be a honestly I am also using it and quite happy about it.
