Maybe you've already heard this before but... Price's Law:

The square root of total workers in a company are providing half the value and it keeps going.

Example: a company with 10,000 total employees...100 of those employees are producing 50% of the value of the company. And 10 of those employees are producing 50% of that total 50%... Meaning 10 people are responsible for 25% of the total value of the whole company.

Makes you realize why it seems like a lot of companies have retarded employees.
