it wasn't really an option for her to take sick leave - despite being entitled to it in every sense of the word. my cat was one of the first patients. she had no time to be sick.

if you ask me about the details and who did what, it might not be exactly as i told it. but the first person i met there, at the small reception desk, had a back problem. the person i had emailed earlier had Blizzard stitched up. but it was basically 3 ladies in a fairly small location, plus local people who gave them supplies. not as grand as the website might suggest.
