i gotcha. i meant something a little different.

for example, you purchased your other (non-work) sim card anonymously without kyc. however, that number is stored in your friends/families phones as "Jiri Eischmann". That information is no doubt uploaded by your contacts to various cloud services that either backup contacts (like icloud, google cloud, etc...) or messaging/calling apps (like whatsapp, signal, etc...).

So now that 'anonymous' sim card is trivially linked to you via many datapoints and it leaves a trail of location data 24/7 via cell phone triangulation.

However, let us say you instead used that anonymous SIM card for data purposes only. and used a non-kyc voip app to make your calls and that voip number were stored in your friends/family phone book. that voip number does not have a massive location history tied to it.
