Had the chance to hear Robert Irwin present his process and work many years ago. What a character. I love his work as well.
James Carpenter is another artist/architect in this vein whose work I admire, impossible to photograph adequately!
And recent work by Sarah Sze too.
Irwin =master - I have read his books experienced his works multiple times and listen to tons of interviews
