No. Not on all clients you can not mute or block.
On Snort I can. On Primal I can not.

it's a protocol level event. if you ban/mute on snort it shouldn't show on primal. the site already ready those events it just doesn't have an option to mute/ban.
That's a client issue. not a nostr issue.
However, it does show on Primal even after I mute or ban Snort.
I love NOSTR and all the work being done and do not want to complain, but it really is a pain having every post of mine spammed by these things.
Well, you said bots on nostr are worse than on Twitter. I disagree, the client you're using is very alpha. That's not a nostr issue. If this bothers you then you should use a different client until there has been more updates to Primal.
