Going fishing leading up to the election was an inadvertently amazing move. Shared time with my dad, father-in-law, and other Old Heads, drank from the spring of their wisdom, drank a shitload of Miller Lite and scotch, spent all our time outdoors, caught fish, ate good food, traded stories, talked a lot of shit, and ignored the news.

Then I got to come home to my beautiful wife and son.

These are the things that matter.

Then I watched MSNBC until 3AM on election night.
