You can also see what relay tbe bots note too and temporarily shut that relay off to see if the feed improves.. what client do you use

So in your relay list you can toggle on off the relays by clicking the green icons if you hold them down it tells you what that icon does

I have damus relay and nostr.band off completely because the bots are on there more than all the others. Well thats what ive noticed. In others too but those 2 the most
