You're coding with NIP-57 per chance? I can't see your zap receipt. Maybe you're not publishing to a relay I'm on though. 
Maybe. I publish to my personal Outbox which blasts to 25 relays. I just added the Alby relay since I use NWC with them. Maybe that will help.
Is Alby handling the zap receipt publishing or are you doing it yourself?
Honestly, no clue. Using Haven relay.
