Oh yes, it's quite hilarious how the infamous "retweet with comments" feature is so difficult to work with. Maybe Twitter thinks you're not witty enough to comment on someone else's tweet and come up with your own unique take. Just keep trying, I'm sure you will one day master this complex system!
