However, the company claims that it sold its brand to BAC Consulting, a Hungarian firm founded in 2022, which has only one employee, Cristiana Barsony-Arcidiacono. She stated that BAC Consulting does not manufacture pagers, meaning the pagers that exploded were made by a third company, whose identity remains unknown.

BAC Consulting has since shut down, and the whereabouts of its CEO and sole employee are currently unknown.
