EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS FAST

How fast can a person lose weight? How much can he lose? How dangerous can it be? I’m going to find out over the next several weeks.

The fastest way to lose weight is to fast. You stop eating, and the body starts using the resources it already has. If you also stop drinking, even more weight is lost, as the body is forced to extract water from fat cells.

There are a few nuances, though. As resources become scarce, the body may reduce energy expenditure. It can lower BMR, make you feel lazy, or reduce energy-consuming parts (like muscle) or their activity (like the brain). I’ll need to force my body to preserve muscle and continue burning as much energy as possible to lose maximum fat.

First, I’ll lift heavy weights in the gym to preserve muscle — if the body needs muscle, it won’t destroy it.

Second, I’ll stay active: walking, talking to people, doing business, thinking, writing, filming, and having lots of sex.

Third, I’ll use Clenbuterol, which increases metabolism and accelerates fat burning by stimulating β2 receptors, triggering thermogenesis and the release of stored fat for energy. It has many risky side effects, but I’m well adapted to stress and fasting, so I’ll try it.

I’m at 102 kg (225 lbs) now. I’ll try to drop as much weight as possible, as quickly as possible. I’ll do blood tests before and after the fast to monitor my health.

Starting with a dry fast — no food, no water. Then I’ll add water after a few days. I’ll fast for at least 15 days, stopping only when there’s no excess fat left.

All info about the process, along with before/after photos, videos, and conclusions, will be added to this thread.

DISCLAIMER

Don’t try anything I do here yourself. I’m a professional self-abuser and have been doing dangerous experiments for years. If you want to try fasting, start small. I have guides on X, and also am making a deep video guide that will be available soon.

PREPARATION

Usually, it’s better to limit carbs as much as possible before a fast. This makes food cravings easier to manage during the fast. Ideally, you go carnivore several weeks before a long fast — the body adapts and becomes more efficient.

I was eating mostly meat and eggs, but I was also including some carbs occasionally — fruit, grains, sweet drinks, vegetables.

This was my last meal yesterday evening.

24 HOURS

The weight change is:

102.3 kg – 98.7 kg = 3.6 kg

Most of it will be water and the food from GI tract, but fat also.

Mild sadness, laziness, and weakness.

Will go to the gym today. https://video.nostr.build/01e75a023b85514b60c9d95cc9f319b0bb36e28bd641954ba7cd70ca9436f7bd.mp4 https://video.nostr.build/b4d0981e23f1b4f8e7422f1dabe49098ec40b76908001f6e3ab7dc8f3e93289f.mp4

48 HOURS

Weakness, mild headache, dry mouth.

Went to the gym and did my usual 1-hour session with 20% lower weights.

After, was feeling very dry, so drank a liter of water.

Did a 7k step walk.

Feeling sleepy.

72 HOURS

Feeling better today. Less weakness. Less headache.

Drinking lots of water. The weight is the same because of that.

Had another workout in the gym.

Mentally I am fully focused to fast until I become shredded. 14 kg to go.

150 HOURS

I feel much better today. Working, writing, training, walking, fucking.

The weight is 96 kg (6.4 kg loss in 6 days). Looking better and better every day.

Heading to the gym now.

I will post the list of supplements I was taking during this fast after I'll finish it.

160 HOURS

Gym session done. Training with 80% of my usual weights.

Today I feel much better. Almost no weakness. And I have great motivation.

The weight comes down and visually it looks better with every fasting day.

Muscles are shrinked a bit because there's less carbs and water.

Heart rate is higher because of fasting and clenbuterol, so I spend more energy. Spent 420 kCal in 1 hour lifting session. Usually it's closer to 300.
