I decided to get into Muay Thai, as I want to get fit and more physically active, as well as be able to engage in self-defence, when required.

Found a nice gym near me with twice per week, 1.5 hours training sessions.

I cannot wait to get started 🧡

Be systematic and tough.

Systems are something I create and use daily for myself.

Toughness used to be a key part of life, when I played rugby, 10 years ago, but I should be able to get tough again 😅

Yeah. I've been working on that, for a few months now.

I eat what Paul Saladino calls and animal-based diet, although I don't look at it as a diet.
