Primal and Nostur are two different Nostr clients. You can use either or both. Both will show the same content.

Primal has a built it wallet. You can also go to getalby.com to get a wallet with a lightning address and plug that in to your profile.

As for NIP-05, there is a post on the #introductions hashtag that explains how to get one

So, when I sign up for primal should I use the same username I used when I signed up for Nostur? How do both show the same content? Thanks!

Yes! Sign in using your nsec private key. Which you should never share with anyone.

They show the same content because both do the same thing:: pull your notes, your profile, the list of people you follow, and the notes of the people you follow from multiple relays.

That’s the beauty of Nostr. Your data is truly yours.

If twitter closes your account, you’ve lost your tweets. Nobody can close your Nostr account.

You configure your client to publish your notes to multiple relays and that effectively ensures that you will gain access to your notes in the future.
