Tldr, great podcast at the end
When I was younger, we did an experiment where a bunch of pencil crayons were handed out to the entire class, and once everyone had a pencil crayon, we were divided into 4 tiers of the food pyramid. There was the grass, grasshoppers, the mice, and a few hawks. we let it play out. The grasshoppers eat grass, mice the grasshopper, and the hawks the mice, and eventually, most of the pencil crayons ended up in the handful of those hawks.
There were a few green pencils in each of the “hawks” and other colours too. It's meant to show the concentration of energy material in the apex predators. So Anything you're putting into your environment gets more concentrated. As humans, I think we are the apex predators, and that gives me time to pause and think.
glyphosate is used in my nation it has cancerous properties at it's toxicity level. However, it's available to farmers. Your wheat and seed oil farmer. so that you could get a better crop without weeds in it. The good news is you only need a few tablespoons per gallon of water. then you take those low-concentrated amounts that were on the plants, and you grind it up for food. If that's the part that we're eating, condensing up and further refining into bread or monosaccharides. what's getting into the apex predators? What could it be doing?
