It was a tiny Israeli felafel joint in Philly, hadn’t been there in years… but I have had many felafels since which don’t compare.

They also had killer fried eggplant and complimentary pickled veg and sauces at the ‘salad bar’.

damn sounds good. and yeah, a pain to replicate at home
