Worst thing ever. My buddy did this. Animal abuse
This always makes me sad. I have neighbors with young dogs, and I never see them walking with them. I walk my old pug every day, and sometimes they tell me that "my dog is so lucky." I wish they would realize my dog is just normal.
that’s awful, no one should have a dog if they can’t walk them as much as they can :/
My dog is highly reactive to people, animals, other dogs etc. . It would be amazing if I could take him out in the day for a run, but thats not an option right now and I'm not in a position where I can put him in training/boarding. He is well behaved and can listen to my communication signals but struggles when there are those distracting stimuli.
When the cards are right you bet he'll be in training and then I'll see how much time I can give him outside, but until then we play tug and roughhouse inside until I've tired him out enough. When its warmer I do try to take him out for a night time run.
