From what I've observed on most technological platforms and protocols that promise, or even allow by design freedom of speech, two things occur:
• It betrays that mission as a result of those who made it backtracking from previously promised autonomy in regards to moderation (Ruqqus, Poal, Poast, etc.)
• The users (which commonly come from censored "platforms" like Twitter, Facebook, etc.) begin to demand censorship, and if not implemented by the demanded person begins to be done by pro-censorship voices and influencers.
If they haven't been driven off Nostr by now, expect another Onyx situation without the eventual capitulation to outrage from those who value freedom.
