If my daughter chose to dress like this, I'd probably have no problem with it but if she hated the tie and felt insecure in anything but trousers, I'd hate to send her to an institution that forced this stuff on her.

If skirts were a mandatory part of their uniform, that would be an infringement on their human rights, and I hope that there’s no such rules at any schools
But finding the root cause for this interpretation of ‘depravity’ is what makes me most curious
