Some updates on Fitness 6:20.
Initial work to analyze workouts in heavy progress. Most workout apps just add up your volume, which looks impressive over time and is a great motivator. However it doesn’t tell the whole story. What if you could see how much work you do each workout, or what your power output is? What if you could track that over time and maybe compare it to some wearable monitoring devices?
The goal will be to allow users to generate movement patterns with an interactive diagram that represent the space a weight moves through time. This will allow calculation of work and power. Right now the interface is a simple math equation with specified variables.
