I like nostr build as a start but what id find beneficial is some way to prepay for hosting a file of X size for Y time and Z requests. Service provider can set rates and is free to continue hosting and charge per access fees after initial paid for number of requests. It would be like expiring ephemeral storage

Right, Nostr build is great but I don't think it will be a sustainable in a long run even with that premium version it needs to be user specific and recurring model that's the only way I see here.
Okay, I think I understand now.
Its a model like cloud storage (charges for storage, bandwidth) but with user-pays, rev-share billing models.
