Why are you double posting?
One of them I've only seen on pyramid.fiatjaf.com, the other I've seen on many relays.
Perhaps there is an additional possibility:
If users are shown two identical posts, they might favor responding to the last one, or the one which already have received most responses. The latter option would be a reinforcing engagement.
Is 331 the number of views?
