Do you get hit practicing judo?
Yep, learning how and where to strike the opponent’s body. Also learning how to block strikes against me.
We do lots of push-ups, sit-ups and planks to warm up, then it’s about technique and practice.
That’s so bad ass. The warm up sounds awesome!!
