Mind & coordination… Judo / self-defense tonight 🥋

Fun!!

Do you get hit practicing judo?

Yep, learning how and where to strike the opponent’s body. Also learning how to block strikes against me.

We do lots of push-ups, sit-ups and planks to warm up, then it’s about technique and practice.

That’s so bad ass. The warm up sounds awesome!!

Judo Translated means "Nur die Harten kommen in den Garten"😉

Pull-ups. I injured my elbow last year and strength vanishes depressingly fast :(

Way to persevere!! You’ll be back to max strength in no time. Just don’t give up!!
