I’ve decided to attempt to cut down on how much I wear my AirPods. Which was sometimes 12-18 hrs a day 🤪. I know, I know very bad. So in an attempt to cut down on that, regretfully I’ve decided to reduce my podcast consumption from following 33 podcasts to only following 18. I’ve never done heroine, but I think this dramatic change will be comparable to coming off heroine for me! 🤦‍♂️ what a sad day.
