I am neither hating nor judging! I was just poking fun at something that i dispise. If you feel judge or hated, it says more about your condition than it does about my intent. And you make it seem as it is either glyphosate or plastic, and no other way in the universe, which is false and misleading way to frame it.

Saying we are going backwards is clearly your own judgement of us. Though I sympathize with your view about plastic (I’m sure it has its drawbacks, like microplastics perhaps leading to declining fertilization and testosterone levels), I found your snarky comment distasteful. I’d love to use less plastic, but it provides an alternative to glyphosate. And when I find a better alternative to plastic, I will switch to that. Nonetheless I appreciate the feedback, and I will continue to move towards more sustainable practices one step at a time. God bless
Yeap, I was in a ranty mood earlier. I just feel frustrated that plastics have seeped in every single area of our lives. Now even buildings are required by law (in the EU) to be completely wrapped in plastic, mostly for insulation, and so spaces and buildings don't breathe, as they should, and so should soils. I don't live a plastic free life either. I appreciate that you decided to engage constructively although I came off edgy. No harm intended
All good my friend. And I was over-reactive because I took it as an insult. I think the right attitude is to make positive changes step by step, there’s always room for improvement. I used to never cover crop until a few years ago. Now we try to cover crop everything during winter to help soil microbes and organic matter content.
I’ve also been in the building trades for a few years and have seen some of the materials that go into building houses in America. We build mostly wood stick framed houses so to weatherproof we wrap houses in waterproof plastic Tyvek barriers. It would be nice to be able to build concrete or brick houses again, yet profit driven fiat system and corrupt government regulations force us to find the quickest and cheapest way to build. Another reason I’m optimistic about bitcoin’s role in changing the construction industry, building things for the long term again
Definitely one step at a time is the way to go. Bitcoin will definitely bring back quality to every field and aspect of our lives!
