Is there any sats to EUR API with lightning?

One that would be based in Switzerland and do kyc-lite if you buy/sell less than 1,000 EUR per day?

Bity has an open api but onchain only.

Pocket Bitcoin starts supporting lightning rn but doesn't have an api (maybe they are open to collab).

Bitcoin Suisse has lighting support but idk if they offer a kyc light api

Still per day, there were some politicians/institutions trying to change it to monthly (unsuccessful till now)

Interesting. I had to look it up. It's both right:

1000 per month for anonymous payment forms (= cash, BTC ATMs)

1000 per day for others (bank transfer ala Relai, Bity, Bittr, Pocket)
