I think it generally does and there are versions that are fitted to be right on track, eg those at Look Into Bitcoin. This cycle has been so nutty, with a black swan pandemic, historic printing, followed by the most rapid tightening in history, just when Bitcoin was starting to peak. No wonder models are off.
