Okay well good luck with that when they are just barely able to engage in inter-ethnic conflict amongst themselves. Did we just forget about Rwanda? All they'll do at that point is nuke their own countries, they can't even manage the simplicities of an electrical infrastructure, what in the hell makes them think they should be allowed to have bombs? Can't maintain a city, a town, can't maintain a nuke. And they require it.
