Alright. Very generalized but I agree.
I think it's mostly a discovery problem if you are visible enough to be noticed in the feed... DVMs could help with that...
Other than that it's necessary to build reputation first with some popular topics and engagement with others' notes.
Put in a lot of work to become noticable basically
