yeah, that reminds me... freemium access... should be feasible to give people a month, with a post frequency throttle on it so they can't spam (like, be reasonable, max two posts per minute, min 5 seconds between other event kinds)

with the "only visible to you" filtering it can also nag them to zap for some subscription and include a link to "how to get set up with alby and put sats in it"
