One time, Father Cleopa was walking with some pilgrims when they encountered a pack of wolves. Instead of panicking, he began to loudly read from the Psalter. The wolves, seemingly hearing the power of God's word, simply stopped and watched, then quietly retreated into the forest, leaving the travelers unharmed.
