It helps me a bit 🤷♂️. I am in a hot tub now. I’ll rinse off outside for a cold plunge, then stand barefoot in grass for 10 mins before bed and I sleep well

Seems like there’s been experiments affirming its validity. At least I’ve seen a few. Strange to find it to be real for some reason 😅 Ty for the suggestion :) I was just outside by the fire pit with my feet on the ground, maybe I’ll experience better sleep tonight. I’ve been avoiding it though because I’ve been reading a book 🙃
