NIP-09. I know relays might choose to not respect it, but it exists.
I guess now that I’m thinking about it, that might apply to reactions too tho?? Just very few clients have implemented it.

I’m not sure what I’m asking either. But I read the NIP-09 and it clearly expresses a directive for e deleting of content. Interesting. Still clueless.
