IMO, people suggesting the Fed saying banks can service crypto customers is a "capitulation", do not understand that the establishment's goal now is to be the only on and offramps. The establishment extending a scrap to you is not progress. It is strategy.
End game is still surveillance _a la_ Total Information Awareness.
